The Global NOC

The AMS is the heart of our global management system, it keeps track of all Access Controllers and their current status. We monitor many aspects of an access controllers life including: performance aspects, user aspects and system aspects.

Built on Apache technology it ensures stability being one of Internet's most popular and mature platforms. It is hosted in a geographically different location than the LDS to ensure that the system is never entirely down even during service windows and disasters.

The AMS also includes a version and configuration monitoring and management module that enables us to update/upgrade one or hundreds of Access controllers in a few clicks.

Secure communication

All communication between the NOC and individual Access Controllers is encrypted using SSL.
